Casa delle Prugne has quite a long history beside, it has been built indeed around 1870. Its history and position are just two of the main features of this beautiful place: you can also find an unspoiled and breathtaking view of the valley and a lovely path that surrounds the house with plants of Prunus spinosa from which comes from the name of this enchanting b&b.

The apartments covers an area of 105 square meters, and inside of each one you will find 2 bedrooms: one of them has got an external bathroom or a separated on that always links with a third bedroom – 2 bunk beds with a private bathroom inside. In the living room you will find a sofa-bed and an armchair bed for a total of 7 beds.
All the windows of the apartment have mosquito nets, underfloor heating all tiled in Spanish terracotta. The kitchen is equipped for 7 people with crockery, linen, microwave, electric oven, gas, and a refrigerator. By choice, the staff decided not to have a television, but there is a laptop in the apartment. The wifi network covers the whole apartment. Parking is inside the fenced property and it is always available and free of charge for our customers. The management of the house is completely independent, so there will be no breakfast.
The staff of Casa delle Prugne believes that each client should express its essence in a natural and simple way, outside the schemes introduced by society. For this reason the staff is openly gay-friendly. Every couple and every tourist will be more than welcomed and they will treat you and your companions in the best possible way. Outside your apartment there is a garden of 1000 square meters available for guests and completely furnished with hammocks, tables and chairs. It is also possible to have lunch and dinner outside and or simply relax while doing a sunbath or reading something. The entire garden is covered by the wi-fi network.
If you want to discover the hidden and beautiful beaches of the Conero, the staff can put you in contact to a specialist who is an expert in using motor boats or help you out in creating your own personal experience! The historic center is easily reachable on foot and once there you can visit the picturesque caves or the archaeological area of Fonte Magna. In Osimo you can take some time to taste the typical products of the area, in particular the two types of wine produced right here: Verdicchio and Rosso Conero. You will certainly fall in love with them!
